It was a pathetic jog today but hey~ at least I got off my fat ass and did something. I jogged and took it real slow. Its not a race or anything as long as I did something. After stopping this i just walked around the park. Also i got stomachache because i ate some spicy food today. So I should cut down on the spicy food for a while. Also I need to cut down on rice. I had so much carbs today. Stay strong my friends. I have 2 weeks until i go weigh myself. The scale better say 79kg!
